Mark Emerson

Commercial Director

After obtaining an MSc in 'Real Estate Investment & Finance' in 2008 from Henley Business School, Mark went on to become a General Practice Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2008 after completing his APC (Assessment of Professional Competence with The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) with Lambert Smith Hampton, based in their London office. Mark has also been a Portfolio Landlord for >20 years and is a seasoned property professional, previously founding Property-Partner, an online residential Estate Agent in the early days of the internet evolution. Mark also has a background as a Prince2 Project Manager having also worked in the Automotive Engineering industry, predominantly as a Global Programme Manager and more latterly led an Executive Search firm for strategic consulting talent and loves building high performance teams of inspired individuals.

Rachel Emerson

Operations Director 

Rachel started her career in Financial Services back in 1997 at Chase Bank, later moving to the Bank of New York, based in Canary Wharf, progressing her role from Client Services into Relationship Management, becoming Senior VP within the bank. After a career break to raise her 2 children, Rachel pivoted to work in recruitment, helping to place top tier strategy consulting talent and managing the entire research function. Rachel has also managed a portfolio of residential property and is no stranger to the often problem riddled and frustrating sales transaction process. As the Operations Director, she is now dedicated to leading our sales progression operations and fully committed to providing our clients and their customers with an exceptional service.

In-House Legal Advisor

Marie has been a Licensed Conveyancer since 2008, and has >20 years of working in highly regarded law firms and has dealt with all aspects of conveyancing. Over the years she has acquired in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end legal conveyancing process and provides Momentum Sales Progression with in-house advice and expert knowledge in line with our strong commitment to ongoing learning and continuous improvement. Marie is an integral part of the business and also assumed the role of Head of Learning & Development ensuring that we stay one step ahead of every industry development and assisting with our staff onboarding and continuous improvement development training programmes; helping to ensure that we always stay one step ahead!

Sales Progressor

Joanne "Jo" started her career in luxury travel agency at World Odyssey, serving HNW individuals where client service and delivery was paramount for their discerning client base.  Her career later pivoted into Estate Agency working within the sales function across Hertfordshire & Essex for Russell Property, an independent firm of property specialists. Over the years Jo has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the estate agency sector and retrained as a Sales Progressor, completing a Level 3 Certificate in Sales Progression with an Ofqual Regulated provider. Jo has experience working for both individual ("personal") estate agents and also independent companies. Her commitment to customer care is unwavering!

Senior Strategy Advisor 

Russell is a part-time Senior Strategy Advisor at Momentum Sales Progression. Russell gained decades of experience in growing, scaling and managing an estate agent having founded Banbury Ball in 1994 in Bloomsbury where they became the leading experts in the sale of residential property within the West End. The company grew with two further offices located in Covent Garden and Fitzrovia. Banbury Ball achieved number one market share in their areas of operation by offering dependable and honest advice and providing the highest levels of client care. Highlights included the sale of a Georgian period development at £18m and work for estates including Freshwater and The Bedford Estate. Russell exited the business when they sold to Dexters in 2015.

Jennie Lewis

Sales Progressor

Jennie began her career in financial services with Nationwide before moving into estate agency with Black Horse Agencies. She later transitioned into the mortgage lending sector at Mortgage Trust, where she gained valuable experience across new business, repossessions, and mortgage packaging, working closely with brokers, lenders, and solicitors. Over the past 18 years, Jennie has specialised in progression; initially as a mortgage sales progressor, where she developed deep expertise in property transactions and specialist lending, and more recently in sales progression serving estate agents. She is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and takes pride in building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful customer journey.

Kerry Arnold

Sales Progressor

Kerry has enjoyed a progressive career starting in veterinary nursing at Cambridge University, working for established corporations such as Worldpay, Vodafone as a Business Account Manager before pivoting her career into estate agency in 2013, firstly with Sharman Quinney Estate Agents as a Senior Negotiator, then later moving to Bidwells (an upmarket Cambridge based estate agency) working in their New Homes Sales division. Subsequently Kerry moved into Sales Progression where she combines all of her professional skills and experience to support our valued clients with care, knowledge and dedication.
